When on Campus
We are so happy to welcome volunteers and visitors back to our campus! Things may have changed due to Covid, so please read on to see how to make your visit to Harmony safe for all:
Classroom and program volunteers must be scheduled ahead of time with the classroom teacher or program leader.
Please check in at the front office to sign in at our computer kiosk and receive a visitor pass. Please wear your visitor pass in a visible place for the entirety of your visit.
Masks will be strongly recommended indoors as of 3/18. Masks are optional outdoors.
When eating, please, maintain a 6 ft distance from other individuals.
Please check out at the office at the end of your visit and return your visitor's pass.
If you are dropping something off for your student, please leave it at the front office. Your student will be called up to retrieve it.
At the end of the day, your student will be called up to where you are parked. Please do not go to the classroom to get them. We will do our best to park those who wish to stay and play in Parking Lot A.
If you are staying to play at the Big Toy, Basketball Courts and Nature Trail, please observe all safety rules for school aged children: helmets must be worn when riding bikes, scooters, skateboards and roller skates. Please stay on the blacktop area and not into the main part of campus if you are participating in those activities.
Please do not start "playing" until 3:30 pm (1:30 pm on Thursdays). There are still a lot of cars going in and out of the parking lots, and staff members on campus. Students need to come to their pick up vehicle and stay there until 3:30 pm. Younger siblings need to stay near their vehicle until 3:30 pm. Please do not leave your children unattended at any time. Please do not go near or in the creek as it is environmentally protected, and stay away from staff vehicles in the gravel lot.
Dogs are not allowed outside of vehicles, or unattended in vehicles on campus at any time.
